Health History & intake

This initial service provides me with the opportunity to learn more about you and your goals. We will sit to discuss how I can best support you and you will provide me with basic information on your current lifestyle. 

12-week coaching program

The 12-week coaching program is a one-on-one program designed specifically for your needs and goals. The 12-week coaching program includes: weekly sessions, email check-ins, literature and handouts.

Wellness workshops

Wellness workshops vary in topic and availability. Topics include but are not limited to: Art Journaling, Yoga & Meditation, Daily Wellness, and Making Life Changes. See the events page for upcoming workshops!

Yoga Classes

Individual Yoga Sessions by request.
